The award was jointly presented by the Cross-Strait Food Fair Organizing Committee and the China Food Industry Strategic Alliance, with the event held at the Jinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. According to the information available at the time of the award application and presentation, the recipient was Jinjiang Liantianhong Food Co., Ltd.
