SUPPLY CHAIN CLOSED LOOP
From the point of origin to the consumer, six key nodes form a closed-loop supply chain for freeze-dried fruits.
Centering on six key stages—direct sourcing from origin, quick-freezing to lock in freshness, vacuum freeze-drying, freeze-drying processing, quality assurance and warehousing‑delivery, and a closed-loop consumer‑end system—we have established a freeze‑dried fruit supply chain that spans raw materials, production processes, quality control, and delivery, providing long‑term, stable supply support to brands, OEM clients, and overseas distribution channels.
01
Fresh fruit origin
10+ global core production regions · Traceable to the orchard / Carefully selected varieties
- Direct sourcing from the source
- —Garden One Program
We have established 100% direct‑sourcing partnerships with more than ten key production regions worldwide, implementing a “one orchard, one file” system to precisely track plots, varieties, and batches. Only fruits that meet both sugar‑content and ripeness standards are approved for harvest.

02
48-hour quick freeze
Quick freezing after harvesting · Minimizing ice crystal damage
- Frozen within 48 hours
- Ice Crystal Damage Control
The production line is located near the core growing region; fresh fruit is frozen within 48 hours of washing and grading, swiftly passing through the temperature range where the largest ice crystals form, thereby preserving cellular structure and bioactive nutrients to the greatest extent.
+
03
Vacuum freeze-drying
Low-Temperature Vacuum Sublimation · Three-Stage Temperature Control for Freshness Preservation
- Vacuum sublimation
- Three-stage temperature control
In a vacuum environment, ice crystals sublimate directly into water vapor. Through precise temperature control across three stages—pre-freezing, sublimation, and desorption—the original fruit’s color, flavor, and nutritional value are preserved to the greatest extent.
+
04
Lyophilized refined processing
Three major production lines: Coating, Plain Freeze-Drying, and Ingredient-Enriched.
- Coating processing
- OEM compatibility
Freeze-dried fruit ingredients are routed to three major production lines—coating, plain‑flavor portioning, and formulation (into granules and powders)—to precisely meet the needs of three distinct supply scenarios: finished products, OEM manufacturing, and raw‑material supply.
+
05
Warehousing and Logistics
National + Overseas Dual Centers · Standardized Warehousing
- Dual-center collaboration
- Digitalized warehouse allocation
Domestic warehouses and overseas intermodal hubs operate in seamless coordination, leveraging a digital system to manage batch inbound and outbound flows as well as cross-warehouse transfers, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
+
06
Consumer-side closed loop
Arrives at the consumer · Batch traceability · Feedback feeds back into the supply chain
- Batch traceability
- Feedback backflow
Once the product reaches the consumer, batch information is tracked across the entire supply chain, enabling quality traceability, root-cause analysis of issues, and feedback integration, thereby establishing a closed-loop supply chain from source to point of consumption.

Private label + OEM
Coating Process Line
Core Competencies
Our proprietary coating formulation system enables seamless switching among multiple flavor profiles, including chocolate, matcha, fruit, and more.
Craftsmanship Highlights
The coating thickness is uniform and controllable, ensuring high consistency in taste and appearance across batches.
Chocolate-Coated Freeze-Dried Strawberries
Durian-flavored Coated Freeze-Dried Durian
Pure freeze-drying processing line
Core Competencies
Operated in a full‑process, low‑temperature, low‑humidity, clean environment; freeze‑dried fruit pieces are kept isolated from ambient air from the moment they leave the storage chamber until they are sealed in bags, effectively preventing any re‑moistening.
Craftsmanship Highlights
Carefully selected and re‑inspected to remove broken or misshapen pieces, with precise weight control to minimize deviation; nitrogen‑flushed packaging extends the shelf life while preserving a crisp, satisfying texture.

QUALITY RELEASE
Finished-product packaging and pre-shipment quality control release
Throughout the post‑processing and packaging stages of freeze‑dried food production, three layers of quality control—incoming material verification, in‑process monitoring, and final product inspection—ensure batch consistency, compliant packaging, and consistent outbound quality.
Incoming material quality review
Before entering the packaging workshop, both sensory inspection and physicochemical sampling inspection are carried out for double verification. Batches that do not meet the standards will not be allowed to enter the production process.
Production process monitoring
Key control points are recorded in real time, covering weighing, mixing, sealing, nitrogen filling, packaging, and environmental control.
Final inspection of finished products
Each batch undergoes sensory, physicochemical, microbiological, net content, airtightness, and label verification, and can only be put into storage after approval.
Each batch of products may be stored only after passing sensory, physicochemical, microbiological, net content, packaging integrity, and label verification tests; batch information supports forward traceability and backward recall.

High average order value · Core gift box category
Core Strategic Products
800–1,000 tons/year
Thai raw material · Harvested at high maturity
Serving high-end snack and gift-box products, as well as freeze-dried ingredient channels.
📍
Origin Network
Sourced directly from Thailand’s core production regions, we adhere to high‑maturity harvesting standards, establishing rigorous raw‑material acceptance criteria based on post‑flowering days, dry matter content, sugar levels, and flesh quality. Raw materials are graded into four maturity levels—A, B, C, and D—with fully ripe fruit processed immediately, while fruit requiring further ripening is temporarily stored under controlled conditions. Overripe, moldy, or unripe batches are either discarded or returned.
❄
Craftsmanship Features
From whole-fruit washing and sanitization, draining and air-drying, and post‑ripening control, to opening the fruit and extracting the flesh in a cleanroom, removing the seeds and arranging it on trays, followed by deep pre‑freezing and vacuum freeze‑drying—this process minimizes the exposure time of the pulp, preserving durian’s distinctive aroma, velvety texture, and the crisp, crumbly finish achieved after freeze‑drying.
📊
Production Capacity Scheduling
The dedicated production line has a capacity of 800–1,000 tons. With a dual‑base operation—overseas pre‑processing and domestic processing—and supported by maturity grading, post‑ripening storage, and batch scheduling, we ensure a stable supply to channel customers for premium snacks, gift‑box products, and freeze‑dried raw materials.
